How can I attest my documents from UAE Embassy?
All documents can be directly submitted to the UAE Embassy for attestation after MEA Attestation and State Authentication. Without prior authentication, the UAE Embassy will reject the respective documents. Also, no individual can directly visit the Embassy for attestation, instead they need to submit the certificates via an outsourced agency.
What is the need of degree certificate attestation?
Degree certificate attestation is needed for several purposes such as taking admission in a public or private school or university, applying for a job, designation promotion, applying for a scholarship, writing for a government exam, etc.
What is the cost of degree attestation for UAE?
The cost of degree certificate attestation for UAE varies from state to state. The Ministry of External Affairs does not charge any attestation fees. However, the state authorities charge different fees, and it totally depends upon their regulations. Since no individual can directly submit a document at the Embassy for attestation, they need assistance from an outsourced agency. UAE Embassy charge AED 150 for attestation + service charge of the company.
How many days will it take for degree certificate attestation for UAE?
The time taken by degree certificate or any other document completely varies from another. Attestation is a document rectification procedure where one document can take more or less time from another. It also depends on the time taken during state HRD authentication. HRD attestation and the UAE Embassy attestation take more time, whereas MEA usually attests a document within one day only.
Can I legalize my document from UAE embassy without the help of agents?
No, a document cannot be attested by the UAE Embassy directly. All applicants need to submit their documents through an authorized agency because the Embassy does not entertain the individuals directly.
What is the need for translation in document attestation from the UAE Embassy?
The UAE Embassy requires translated copies of all the presented documents in the Arabic language. The Embassy rejects the documents lacking translation. Therefore, you are recommended to translate all the documents in the Arabic language.
Is MOFA attestation mandatory after degree attestation from the UAE Embassy?
Yes, MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) attestation is a requisite procedure required for all foreign-originated documents after the UAE Embassy attestation. No documents lacking MOFA Attestation are accepted by any public or private agencies in the UAE.
Can I get Dubai visa without UAE attestation?
No, all Dubai visas, except tourist visa, requires UAE Embassy attestation. No Dubai visa application request will be processed without the UAE Embassy attestation.
Where can I attest my documents from UAE Embassy?
The UAE Embassy is situated in New Delhi, however, the applicants need to submit and collect their documents via an authorized agency by the UAE Embassy. The Embassy does not entertain any personal or non-personal documents directly.
