    • The degree certificate has to be accompanied with final year mark-sheet.
    • The degree has to be from Government recognized Institute/ University.
    • The course has to be a full time course with affiliation to universities- UGC/AICTE/NAAC.
    • Verification Letter from the respective University or College- Qatar Embassy Compulsorily requires verification letter from concerned University to be submitted along with the certificate. Without this verification letter the Educational Degree Certificate will not be attested. And the Verification Letter has to bear a mandatory Attestation from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
